As a novice first time home buyer, the task of finding the right home for me seemed both daunting and impossible. Searching for a home from the listings sent by agents just wasn’t getting the job done. That is when I had the opportunity to meet Allan in an open house. His calm demeanor and attention to minute detail impressed me and showed his vast experience in this business. From the get go, he showed me the analysis of the sales and trends in the South Bay which instilled a sense of comfort and confidence in me.
